My journey into marketing and sales started over 20 years ago, while I was studying Marketing and working in retail with Italian fashion brands.
For years, I was in direct contact with people—listening, observing, understanding what makes someone trust, choose, and buy.
In 2019, I moved into social media consulting, working with both Italian and international clients.
And I started noticing something.
People came to me for social media…But social media was never the real problem.
The real issue was always deeper:
They didn’t have clarity on what they do
Their message didn’t reflect their real value
Their offers felt disconnected
Everything existed… but nothing worked together!
So no matter how much effort they put in, results didn’t follow.
That’s when my work changed.
I stopped focusing on individual platforms.
And I started focusing on the system behind the marketing.
Because marketing doesn’t work in pieces.
It works when everything is connected.
I don’t believe in quick fixes.
I don’t believe in “just post more.”
And I don’t believe in strategies that ignore your time, your energy, or your values.
What I believe is simple:
